Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from 01 Living and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. We recommend that you read these terms carefully.
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from 01 Living and to every distance agreement concluded between 01 Living and the consumer. Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer.
2. The Offer
If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind 01 Living.
3. The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and complies with the conditions set. 01 Living will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically.
4. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care.
5. Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made), which are clearly personal in nature, or which by their nature cannot be returned.
6. Price and Payment
During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the products offered will not be increased, except for price changes resulting from changes in VAT rates. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
7. Conformity and Warranty
01 Living guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability, and the legal provisions existing on the date the agreement was concluded.
