Shipping & Returns
We strive for perfect delivery of your handmade furniture. Below you will find our guidelines for shipping and the return process.
1. Delivery and Execution
01 Living will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing orders for products. The delivery address is the address that the consumer has made known to the company.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days, provided they are in stock. For custom products, a different delivery time applies, which is explicitly communicated to the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
Orders over €500 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below this amount, we apply standard shipping costs visible in the checkout process.
4. Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The product must be returned with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging.
5. Return Exceptions
Please note: Custom-made products manufactured according to your specifications cannot be returned. This also applies to products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons.
